Due to the nature of our services, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. By enrolling in any of our coaching programs (whether one-time payment or installment-based), you agree and acknowledge that:

  • 1. No Refunds Will Be Issued - Regardless of whether the program is completed or not, or results are achieved or not, once the payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • 2. Non-Transferable Enrollment - Your coaching program enrollment is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another individual under any condition.
  • 3. Responsibility and Participation - Our success relies on your commitment to the process. Results are directly tied to your effort, consistency, and communication with the coach.
  • 4. Digital and Personalized Services - Our coaching involves customized plans, 1-on-1 mentorship, intellectual property, and time allocation from our team. These services, once delivered, cannot be returned or reversed, hence the strict no-refund and no-transfer policy.
  • 5. Cancellations - If you choose to cancel your participation at any point, you may do so, but no refunds (partial or full) or transfers will be provided.
